| The evaluation and classification of hazardous chemicals is the basis for the formulation of hazardous chemicals classification standards, the design of pressure-bearing equipment that carries hazardous chemicals and the formulation of manufacturing regulations and standards.Reasonable evaluation and classification of the hazardous levels of hazardous chemicals can provide basis and guidance for the design and manufacture of pressure-bearing equipment, reduce the incidence of accidents and reduce damage to personnel, facilities and the environment.Existing comprehensive evaluation and classification methods of hazardous chemical hazards used multi-factor hazard assessment of hazardous chemical and used the Weighted Score Assessment(WSA)to classify hazardous chemical hazards. In the comprehensive evaluation of the multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals, only the health hazards of hazardous chemicals are considered, and the physical hazards and environmental hazards are ignored, which resulting in an unreasonable comprehensive evaluation and providing an unreasonable basis for the classification of hazardous chemicals hazards. Moreover, the weighted score evaluation of the hazardous chemicals depended on the weighted score interval.Since the weighted score interval is only applicable to the classification of the health hazard of the hazardous chemical, the hazard to the hazardous chemical when the hazard of the hazardous chemical increases is unreasonable. Therefore, based on fully considering the health hazards, physical hazards and environmental hazards of hazardous chemicals,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation and classification methods of hazardous chemicals.Based on detailed analyses of the existing multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals and its evaluation and classification methods, this dissertation studies the comprehensive evaluation and classification methods of multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals, mainly completing the following research work:First,by expanding the multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals, including health hazards, physical hazards and environmental hazards into the multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals,a hazard database of hazardous chemicals was constructed to provide a data foundation and a comprehensive assessment of the multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals.Second, this dissertation proposed a comprehensive evaluation method of the multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals. This method constructed multi-factor hazardous weights of hazardous chemicals based on Analytic Hierarchy Process-Entropy Weight(AHP-EW)by obtaining multi-factor hazardous scores of hazardous chemicals based on the conversion score method. Then this method obtained the multi-factor hazardous weights of hazardous chemicals, established a comprehensive evaluation method and algorithm of multi-factor hazardous chemicals and implemented a comprehensive evaluation of multi-factor hazardous chemicals.Third,a multi-factor hazard classification method for hazardous chemicals based on Local Preserving Projections-Constraint Warped-K-Means(LPP-CWKM)was proposed. This method used the Locality Preserving Projections(LPP)to extract the local neighborhood structure features of multi-factor hazardous scores and weight data of hazardous chemicals, constructed a constraint Warped-K-Means(CWKM)algorithm and clustered the local neighborhood structural features to obtain the classification results of the multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals, which can effectively achieve the multi-factor hazard classification of hazardous chemicals.Experimental research shows that the AHP-EW-based comprehensive evaluation method of hazardous chemicals multi-factor hazards can reasonably consider the hazardous chemicals hazards and obtain reasonable scores and weights of hazardous chemicals multi-factor hazards.A comprehensive evaluation of the multi-factor hazards of hazardous chemicals is achieved; The LPP-CWKM-based multi-factor hazard classification method of hazardous chemicals does not rely on a weighted score interval and can be used for hazardous chemicals when the risk of hazardous chemicals increases. This method achieves a reasonable classification of the hazardous chemical hazards, and provides a basis for the hazardous grading standards of hazardous chemicals, the design of hazardous chemicals bearing equipment and the formulation of manufacturing regulations and standards. |
