In the coal conveying system of thermal power plant,the feeders used are single point feeding and single point discharging,which can't realize single point feeding and multi-point uniform feeding and distribution,and the coal can't cover the length direction of the rotor of the coal crusher,which results in the coal crusher can't work at full load,affects the production efficiency of the coal crusher,and wastes part of electric energy.Therefore,according to the above problems,a spiral distribution feeder is developed,and an intelligent control system is developed for the operation and control of the spiral distribution feederIn this paper,the coal conveying system based on the spiral distribution feeder is constructed firstly.The spiral distribution feeder is installed between the roller screen and the coal crusher in the coal conveying system.When the roller screen transports large pieces of coal,the coal blocks move to both ends under the push of the left and right spiral blades,and gradually fall down through the rectangular holes of the flow control board to evenly cover the length direction of the coal crusher rotor,so as to improve the crushing efficiency Working efficiency of coal machine.Secondly,an intelligent control system is developed for the operation and control of the spiral distribution feeder.The system uses the laser scanner as the information collection element to detect and collect the material information entering the spiral distribution feeder on the roller screen in real time.The PLC is the core controller of the system to store and process the collected material information.The parameter self-tuning is adopted The Fuzzy PID control is used as the system algorithm to output the signal of the control system after Fuzzy calculation of the material information;the frequency converter is used to adjust the speed of the motor in real time,the PLC converts the output signal into the corresponding frequency signal and sends it to the frequency converter,the frequency converter outputs the corresponding proportional electric pressure,and the actual working speed of the screw feeder changes accordingly;the touch screen is used as the human-machine interface Mutual interface,remote monitoring and operation of intelligent control system through touch screen.Finally,the main program of the intelligent control system PLC is compiled,and the touch screen interface is developed and designed by using MCGS configuration software to complete the research and development of the intelligent control system and realize the purpose of the intelligent control of the spiral distribution feeder.In the coal conveying system of the spiral distribution feeder,the coal is evenly covered by the spiral distribution feeder in the length direction of the coal crusher rotor,the coal crusher rotor works at full load,and the output of the coal crusher is increased when the spiral distribution feeder is not added,which can create considerable economic benefits.Through the intelligent control system,more materials on the roller screen rotatefaster,less materials automatically reduce the speed of the spiral distribution feeder,reduce the driving power of the spiral distribution feeder,and achieve the purpose of energy saving when the spiral distribution feeder works.The application of the spiral distribution feeder and its intelligent control system in the coal conveying system of the thermal power plant can effectively improve the working efficiency of the coal crusher,and the effect of energy saving is significant.
