As a type of permanent magnet controllable speed motor,Permanent magnet flux switching motors(PMFSM)is distinctive which has the advantages of small torque ripple,strong controllability,good speed regulation performance,etc.it has attracted much attention in the field of new energy and aerospace.Due to its short development time,there are still some problems to be further explored.This paper focuses on the PMFSM motor ontology and its control strategy.Firstly,the development of PMFSM at home and abroad is described,and the research progress of control strategy of PMFSM system is analyzed.Based on the basic principle of PMFSM,mathematical model and vector control principle,the main initial parameters such as motor "three circle" size and core length are determined according to the motor rated parameters and performance indexes,and the Ansoft platform is established according to the initial parameters Based on the simulation model of pole permanent magnet switched flux motor,the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor are analyzed,and according to the special structure of PMFSM,the length of air gap and the size of permanent magnet in the model are optimized,which lays the foundation for the next-part work.Secondly,based on the in-depth analysis of vector control and space vector pulse width modulation technology,the control strategy of the system is studied.PI control strategy is analyzed and applied to current loop control.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional sliding mode control,such as incomplete decoupling of system parameters and disturbance caused by excessive load,non singular fast terminal sliding mode control is introduced into the speed loop.Taking Matlab / Simulink as the platform,the model of PMFSM system and its control strategy are simulated.By comparing with the traditional control strategy and its performance under different working conditions of the motor,the applicability of the proposed control strategy is verified,and the stability and robustness of the system operation can be improved.Finally,taking TMS320F28335 as the main control core of the control system,the functions of each module are analyzed,the hardware and software circuits of the PMFSM control system are designed,and the experimental platform of the PMFSM control system is built.By testing the experimental waveforms of the motor at different speeds and different loads and comparing with the simulation results,it is proved that the designed system is effective and can realize the stable operation of the motor within the rated range.
