With the development of the economy, people's purchasing power has rapidly increased, and variously vehicles have become an indispensable part of transportation.Traffic accidents caused by vehicles have increased rapidly, posing a great threat to the safety of people's lives and bringing great loss of people's property.According to the statistics of traffic accidents in various provinces and cities across the country in 2017,in economically developed provinces, the number of traffic accidents is particularly serious, and there are high levels of casualties and economic losses.Although in recent years China has enacted a large number of laws and regulations to control vehicles and personnel, increased punishment for violations of laws and regulations, and reduced the probability of traffic accidents to a certain extent, but the huge impact of traffic accidents on society.Loss is still a serious problem,so it is of great significance to study the reconstruction of traffic accidents. The main research contents of this article are as follows:First, based on vehicle dynamics and traffic accident mechanics, the twovehicle collision mechanics theory is studied, and a dynamic mathematical model of two-car front collision is established.A typical case of a frontal collision accident is selected in the NAIS database, the relevant data collected in the case is analyzed, and the accident process is reproduced using PC-crash software to analyze the speed of the accident vehicle.Secondly, based on the finite element theory research,a two-car collision finite element mathematical model is established to study the application of the finite element method in vehicle collisions. It is mainly used in the forward development of vehicles to meet regulatory requirements and shorten the development cycle. The purpose of saving costs.Based on the actual accident vehicle,a subassembly assembly modeling method is used to establish a finite element model of the entirevehicle.According to the test standards specified by C-NCAP,a 100% rigid obstacle avoidance collision condition is established on the front of the vehicle.Analyze the intrusion of the front panel by the impact response index. Finally,on the basis of the PC-crash accident reconstruction and finite element method research, the combination of the two is explored, and the speed and angle of the two cars at the beginning of the collision are extracted from the PC-crash.The initial conditions are calculated by using the display center difference method, and the information about the vehicle's compression and deformation during the collision from contact to separation is analyzed. The process of compressing and separating in the collision of two vehicles cannot be reproduced during accident reproduction, and at the same time lays a foundation for the introduction of traffic accidents in the formulation of automotive test standards.
