As a kind of clean energy with large reserves,wide distribution,and renewable energy,wind energy has attracted more and more attention for its strategic value.The number of Gobi and deserts in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is large,and it is a region with high incidence of sand and dust weather in China.This leads to the wind turbines operating in Inner Mongolia being affected by the wind and sand weather all the year round.As the service time of wind turbines increases,Blade coating is extremely susceptible to damage.In response to this problem,based on the research of the fixed erosion wear test of the wind turbine blade coating,this paper designed an erosion chamber that can carry out the erosion wear test of the wind turbine micromodel blades in the running state,and further simulate The erosion and wear process of the wind turbine blade coating under the real operating state.In this paper,multiple sets of single factor erosion wear tests were carried out on the blade coating using the newly designed erosion chamber,and the erosion wear amount and surface wear morphology of the blade coating after the test were analyzed to clarify the operating state.Of the interaction between the wind turbine blade coating and the sand particles and the corresponding erosion wear mechanism.Using the newly designed erosion chamber,the erosion wear test of the wind turbine miniature model blade was carried out.The erosion wear process of the blade coating was summarized by combining the erosion wear amount of the coating and the typical macroscopic wear morphology;Compared with the fixed erosion wear test blade damage location,it is determined that the newly designed aeolian erosion chamber can further simulate the erosion wear process of the wind turbine blade coating under real conditions,compared with the original fixed erosion process.The accuracy of the test data of the erosion and wear test bed has been greatly improved;in view of the difference in the degree of coating wear on the front and near trailing edges of the blade on the windward surface of the test,the microscopic wear morphology of the two was observed using a scanning electron microscope.The typical wear morphology of the layer determines that the erosion angle between the sand grains and the leading edge of the blade is close to 90°.The erosive wear form of the coating at the leading edge of the blade is mainly the erosion pit and the coating under the lateral crack propagation Fall off.The erosion and wear form of the coating near the trailing edge of the blade is mainly concave indentation and scaly flaking.
