With the introduction of new energy and the wide access of high-power dynamic load equipment to the power grid,smart grid presents the characteristics of diversified energy generation,diversified load components and complex load characteristics.In particular,the high-voltage and high-power dynamic load equipment,such as AC steelmaking electric arc furnace and electrified railway traction locomotive,presents the characteristics of rapid random fluctuation,which leads to the problem of large out of tolerance in the measurement of electricity meter,and brings economic losses to the country and enterprises.Therefore,the study and establishment of dynamic load signal model and the analysis of the random fluctuation characteristics of typical dynamic load have great theoretical significance and practical application value for the test and evaluation of the dynamic error of the electricity meter under the influence of the rapid random fluctuation of dynamic load.First of all,the research status of load modeling and load characteristic analysis at home and abroad,the model and error testing of smart electricity meter measurement system were described in this paper.Secondly,the instantaneous voltage and current signals of typical high-power dynamic load collected on site were preprocessed,the modulation model and function sequence model of dynamic load signal were established,the method of extracting run characteristic parameters was proposed,and the amplitude and run characteristic parameters of dynamic load current signal were compared and studied.The above research provided theoretical basis for the application of run random characteristic of dynamic load in dynamic error test and modeling of electricity meter.Thirdly,the mathematical models of each unit in the elelctricity meter acquisition module and the energy metering module were established based on the metering mechanism of smart electricity meter,and the comprehensive dynamic error model of the energy meter was derived.And,the error generation mechanism of the energy meter under the condition of rapid and random load fluctuation was studied.Finally,based on the run characteristics of the dynamic load signal,the m-sequnence dynamic test signal was used as the excitation signal to simulate and test the dynamic error of the smart electricity meter,which proved the correctness and effectiveness of the analysis of the load run characteristics.It has practical significance and practical value for the establishment of the test signal modeling and error test and the error test standard of the smart electricity meter.
