Ship equipment is accompanied by a strong excitation force,which will affect the local structural vibration level after transmission of the structure,reducing the comfort of personnel,and the ship structure is large,the number of components is large,and the components are densely distributed,so the research on vibration transmission and protection of ship Structures is a very necessary research topic.The purpose of this paper is to explore the vibration transmission law of ship structures and the vibration protection methods,and carry out related research through theoretical calculations,numerical analysis,and experimental comparison.Firstly,the research methods of structural vibration are introduced,and the research progress of structural vibration calculation methods by domestic and foreign scholars is summarized.It is established that the method for studying the vibration transmission law of ship structures in this paper is mainly based on the finite element method;The research status of structural design is summarized,which points out the direction for the research of this paper.A theoretical model of a simple beam system was established,and the effects of beam span,spring spacing,and spring stiffness on the vibration characteristics of the system were analyzed;numerical analysis was used to explore the free vibration characteristics of multi-span simply supported beams and cross beam systems and the number of different excitations And the vibration transmission characteristics at the excitation position,the results show that the vibration characteristics of the beam structure are related to the parameters of the structure system,but less to the number of excitation forces.The vibration analysis model of typical ship frame and multi-cabin structure was established,and the radiated sound power caused by structural vibration was introduced.The vibration transmission characteristics of single plate frame structure under different excitation modes were explored,and the target cabin deck and other structures in the multi-cabin structure were analyzed.Coupling vibration characteristics and vibration transmission laws of different cabin decks.Finally,a test of vibration transmission characteristics of the plate frame structure was carried out.The conclusion shows that the excitation form has a small effect on the vibration response law of the structure,and the vibration transmission law has a greater correlation with the structural mode shape Strong structural vibration is often accompanied by strong acoustic radiation.Taking the multi-chamber structure as the reference structure model,the influence of the change of the structural form of the target cabin on the vibration characteristics of the cabin and other cabins is analyzed,and the influence of different structural parameter changes on the structural modal and vibration transmission characteristics is explored.The protection design method finally forms the vibration protection process of the ship structure.The conclusion shows that the change of the structure of the target cabin has a greater impact on this cabin and basically has no effect on other cabins;the overall vibration of the plate frame is easily changed by changing the beam protection,the vibration of the local stiffened plate is easily changed by the protection of the longitudinal bone,and the vibration of the plate grid is easily changed by changing the thickness Protection.Finally,A ship was used as the vibration protection object,and the research on the analysis method of total vibration and local vibration of the ship was carried out.With reference to domestic and foreign standards,the local vibration analysis and protection design were carried out according to the ship structure vibration protection process.The conclusion shows that after the modal avoidance design of the ship structure,the risk of structural resonance is avoided,and the protection goal is reached.This paper explores the vibration transmission law of ship structures,conducts verification tests of the vibration transmission law,forms the vibration protection process of ship structure,and conducts research on the vibration protection design of real ship structures,which provides a basis for the design of ship structure vibration protection.
