Recently,with the acceleration of global warming,people have reached a basic consensus on the development of green aviation.Therefore,all aviation companies have increased their R&D efforts on electric aircraft,which has become one of the research hotspots in the world aviation industry.The electric aircraft has superior performance such as zero pollution and low noise,which greatly improves the environmental protection and comfort of the aircraft.Electric aircraft provides a bright technical approach for green aviation,which is the future development direction of general aviation.With electric aircraft widely used in primary driving training,photography,tourism and other aspects,the reliability distribution and optimization in design of new electric aircraft can improve the reliability of the whole machine,which needs to be paid attention to to ensure the safety in the whole aircraft.Based on the relevant literature and in-depth understanding of the reliability analysis theory and method,this paper makes a detailed analysis based on the structure,working principle and part cost of a certain type of electric aircraft system.Through appropriate improvement,we seek a more appropriate cost function to distribute the reliability of the whole system,and combine the genetic algorithm to optimize the reliability distribution.Using Matlab and genetic algorithm,mathematical modeling of the cost function sought and related data processing,thus determining the reliability index of each subsystem.Through the reliability analysis and optimization of the important subsystems,namely the power system,the electric propulsion system and the hand control system,based on the fault analysis to find the fault types that may be generated by the subsystem.Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the structural importance of each component by applying FTA.Compared with reliability distribution and optimization method of the whole system is analyzed,and the reliability of the subsystem is analyzed and distributed.Through the obtained reliability distribution results,the systems or components with high reliability are directly determined,which provides an important reference for the development and development of electric aircraft in the future.
