| With the improvement of human awareness of environmental protection,using solar energy to replace fossil fuels to generate electricity is bound to become the industry’s development trend,the scale of photovoltaic power stations is increasing day by day.Photovoltaic modules used for a long time will inevitably accumulate dust stains,affecting the efficiency of power generation,and need to be cleaned regularly.However,in the solar energy cleaning robot industry,crystal silicon solar cells are widely used in energy supply,which are costly,poor deformation resistance,single energy structure,short working hours,large size and weight,low portability and low intelligence.In this paper,a design scheme of a small self-powered and all-day cleaning robot based on flexible CIGS thin film solar cells is proposed to solve the problems of existing robots.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The photovoltaic system of clean photovoltaic module solar robot is studied.To prepare CIGS thin film solar cell buffer layer by chemical water bath method,when the content ratio of Cd and Zn is 7:18,the comprehensive properties of the thin films are the best.Using Matlab software to Simulink simulation of solar cells.By comparing the series and parallel matching modes of components,a series and parallel external cascade scheme is established.The packaging of photovoltaic array is completed,and the solar controller is designed.(2)The cleaning system of clean photovoltaic module solar robot is studied.The shape of the motion wheel is designed,the specific parameters of the synchronous belt drive track wheel are established,and the motion structure is arranged.Then designing the centrifugal fan,selecting the brushless motor as the driving motor,and determining the motor parameters according to the photovoltaic array parameters.Layered design of high-density fiber cleaning cloth for good decontamination and small occupation space.Finally,designing the overall of the robot,using Solidworks software to model the appearance of the robot,and carrying out the layout of each module of the cleaning system.(3)The control system of clean photovoltaic module solar robot is studied,including the selection of chip sensor and other components,the analysis and design of each module and the optimization design of program algorithm.By studying the robot path planning to develop the corresponding strategy.The prototype of the robot is made on the basis of the reference model.The size of the robot is250mm*250mm*100mm,and the weight is 1.8kg.Through the test,the robot is capable of self-cleaning photovoltaic modules 24 hours a day. |
