With the development of the Chinese economy for the past few years,to ensure better development of the Chinese railway industry,the safety problem must be solved.Based on the currently widely used connector component,this article proposes an intelligent management system for train components.The operator will arrange an overhaul when the train is stationary.However,there is no real-time detection for connectors to realize early warning functions during daily operation.Therefore,an integrated set of architecture system for both hardware to software is designed and implemented,including data collection,identification and warning of abnormal data,and a complete back-end management system,which can be applied to important components such as train connectors,provides real-time detection of these components during operation,provides data guarantee for maintenance,and improves maintenance efficiency.The main works are listed as following:Firstly,an anomaly detection model for sensor data based on edge computing is proposed by introducing the idea of edge computing at the sensor data collection end.The detection model carry out the corresponding data processing process closer to the data collection end,thereby decentralize large amounts of data processing processes,which reduces the pressure on the server's computing power.Afterward,in terms of mass data storage,a large amount of time series data is stored in a dedicated database for time series data through an appropriate storage technology selection model.For more centralized accessed data from historical data,the cache is used to reduce the server pressure caused by directly accessing the database for each retrieval.Finally,it utilizes the Spring Cloud framework to achieve the microservice system architecture,which can better cope with the business expansion of the system in the future.At present,the management system described in this paper is already in the testing stage.This management system allows operators to monitor important components that cannot be monitored during train operation,to make more targeted inspections of abnormal components during daily maintenance,thus guarantee the safety of train operation effectively.
