In “Made in China 2025”,it is emphasized to further strengthen the integration of intelligent information technology into the industrial field.The production of intelligent equipment and the landing of intelligent products will effectively improve the digital integration of ship industry design and construction,and optimize the R&D,design,production and management of ship enterprises.At present,China's shipbuilding industry still has extensive development,and there is still a big gap in the level of intelligent manufacturing with some advanced shipbuilding countries.The hull block assembly as an important part in the field of intelligent manufacturing,ship hull in traditional block assembly process,the assembly workers mainly rely on the complex 2D drawings and manuals,and drawing on the traditional 2 d screen message methods have certain limitations and not intuitive,to a large extent affected the assembly efficiency and product quality.Augmented reality technology creates a new way to present information,provide us with a kind of data and information and product a new type of interaction in the real scene interaction,the augmented reality technology applied in the manufacturing of the ship,can help to improve the staff awareness and control ability to the environment,raise the design,manufacture and maintenance of the staff and work efficiency,to enhance the level of ship the product producing the intellectualized building is of great significance.In order to meet the increasing demands of the shipbuilding industry for intellectualization,this paper takes the auxiliary assembly system of hull sections based on augmented reality as an example and proposes the development of a class of augmented reality applications oriented to industry 4.0 for the purpose of serving the design and site construction.On the basis of making full use of the core advantages of augmented reality technology,combined with the analysis of the composition of the augmented reality system,the architecture of the industrial application of augmented reality is built,and the operation process of the framework is given.Using augmented reality software development tools,in combination with the three-dimensional scene editor Unity3 D,completed the scenario editor,user interface,interactive design,and made the explosion of the hull section view and augmented reality assembly scheme demonstration animation,respectively,to the development of the mobile terminal and HoloLens hull section auxiliary assembly system based on augmented reality,such as augmented reality applications can provide assembly workers at the scene of the real hull block assembly of virtual digital information to provide information,help the assembly workers in hull section operation in real time the key to obtain the required assembly information,And interact with specific elements in the scene.This article explored and developed based on augmented reality hull section auxiliary system,as the research progressed,believe that augmented reality will be applied widely in the shipbuilding industry in the near future,when the potential of high and new technology such as augmented reality really get released,the intelligent and automatic level in the shipbuilding industry will take a new step up.
