Aircraft line maintenance is an extremely important part of aircraft maintenance.The quality and efficiency of maintenance are the decisive factors for flight safety and enterprise development.is an extremely important part of aircraft maintenance.This article is based on Augmented Reality(AR),combined with neural network image recognition,fusing virtual models and maintenance information with the real maintenance environment,and carried out research and application of visual key technologies for aircraft-oriented augmented reality maintenance guidance;Hardware equipment,neural network algorithms and the developed software system provide maintenance personnel with various types of maintenance operation guidance online,and obtain information related to the maintenance content in real time,thereby significantly improving maintenance operation efficiency,shortening maintenance time and reducing error rate.The application object is the Airbus A320 aircraft with CFM56 engine,and the instruction manual is the Eastern Airlines 320/319 aircraft line maintenance work order.The main research content of the paper include:(1)Based on the analysis of aircraft line maintenance problems and the characteristics of augmented reality technology,and combined with the shortcomings of existing augmented reality systems,research on 3D tracking registration and human-computer interaction in key technologies of augmented reality vision;(2)Aiming at the problem of unwrapped shells and complex image features in the engine training data set,the residual shrinkage network using a soft threshold to improve the residual network is used for image recognition,and the binocular camera and SGBM algorithm are used for deep distance perception for three-dimensional model space Position adjustment.Realized the registration of the real maintenance environment and its corresponding virtual model;(3)Research on the human-machine interaction aspects of the aircraft line maintenance augmented reality system.The design and optimization methods of the augmented reality maintenance guidance system are introduced in detail from the aspects of model usage,layout interface,collaborative work and auxiliary interaction.(4)Developed an augmented reality guidance prototype system for aircraft aircraft line maintenance,and realized the expected function of the system.Finally,the tests before and after improvement are carried out,which proves the effectiveness of this research method.
