As an important automated information collection device for automated office,high-speed scanners have higher control precision and speed requirements for the main control unit than ordinary scanners.From the current point of view,due to its high,frequency of use,As a result,the failure rate of the entire office equipment is also very high.80%of the faults in the fault handling are caused by the instability of the scanner main control system.In this context,the main control system of the high speed scanner in this paper.Based on the research,a high-integration and high-performance DSP(Digital Signal Processor)solution was proposed to build a DSP-based high-speed scanner control system,which effectively reduced the complexity of the traditional high-speed scanner control system and improved its operational stability.And the control accuracy,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)Research on the control theory of brushless DC motor,in-depth analysis of the control mathematical model of brushless DC motor,combined with DSP embedded technology,the key factors in the influence of precision in the motor control process of high-speed scanner are deeply The analysis determines the solution for optimization from both the electromagnetic factor and the commutation control process.2)The demand analysis of the constructed high-speed scanning control system is carried out from the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system,design.Based on the demand analysis,the high-performance DSP in TI's TMS320C6474 embedded microprocessor is used.As the motor master,the ARM core is used as the user interaction control,and the brushless DC motor is used as the overall design realization of the drive unit.The hardware scheme and software scheme of the whole system are given.3)A closed loop control PID algorithm based on BP neural network algorithm is constructed.The algorithm is used as the motor master control algorithm of the high speed scanner control system to accurately control th e motor.Compared with the traditional PID control algorithm,its control precision Increased by 12%,and the operation interaction of DSP and ARM combination mode,running control algorithm core on DSP,running human-machine peripheral interaction on ARM,effectively improving the overall running performance of the whole high-speed scanner,and making motor control It can be operated independently on the DSP side,which improves the stability of motor control.4)From the hardware and software implementation,based on the scheme and algorithm constructed in this paper,the detailed design of the high-speed scanner control system is completed,and the detailed hardware design and selection scheme and the implementation scheme of each module of the software are given.Finally,the experiment is built.The system has been verified to verify the correctness and feasibility of the design of this paper.
