With the development and improvement of quasi-static test,shaking table test and quasi-dynamic test,large-scale,complicated and networked test technologies have been proposed and realized by researchers.Real-time hybrid test is a new experimental method,which takes the simple upper frame structure or the structure easy to be analyzed as the finite element model,namely the numerical substructure,and the structure whose dynamic response is difficult to be analyzed as the experimental substructure.The problems of high cost of shaking table test and impossibility of full scale test and impossibility of simulating seismic wave in quasi-static test are solved.Due to the high requirements of real-time hybrid test for loading power components and software programs,there are some limitations in the construction of computing software and platform at present,and no large-scale universal real-time hybrid test platform has been developed.Based on LABVIEW program,this paper is applied to two different engineering examples.First,PID control algorithm is introduced to build a virtual actuator hybrid test platform.The second application is to build Guangzhou tower LABVIEW hybrid simulation test platform to carry out TMD shock absorption(vibration)simulation test,and further realize the construction of TMD real-time hybrid test platform.The research work and main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Hybrid simulation strategy of LABVIEW and SIMULINK was proposed.First of all,as a graphics programming language software,LABVIEW is easy to build virtual simulation system programs and control the test pieces studied.Its friendly operation interface and data flow transmission mode facilitate the development of different test platforms.The control theory of transfer function can be selected for virtual specimens.Moreover,SIMULINK can realize the computational model,MATLAB compiler encapsulates the SIMULINK model,SIMULINK can choose different algorithms according to the computational model.Finally,thro ugh the Model Interface Tookit(MIT)to achieve the communication between the two,LABVIEW call dynamic link library(DLL).Verify that the transmission signal delay between LABVIEW and MATLAB is small,and the joint development of the program can be achieved.(2)Based on the development of real-time hybrid test simulation program,the hybrid test simulation verification was carried out for the energy dissipation(vibration)structure.Based on the simulation strategy proposed in conclusion(1),PID control algorithm is introduced to study the real-time hybrid test method for energy dissipation and shock absorption structures.With a five layers framework model with viscous dampers for example,hybrid simulation calculation,comparison method of Newmark-beta and state space method to calculate the response of the result,validating program,comparing the response of simulation calculation of SIMULINK mixed with LABVIEW,results are basically consistent,verified the feasibility of the hybrid simulation method,can be applied in the development of the test.(3)Guangzhou Tower TMD hybrid simulation platform was built based on LABVIEW and SIMULINK joint program for tuned vibration damping structure.Firstly,the TMD damping effect of Newmark-method and state space method are calculated respectively.Secondly,the TMD response calculated by Newmark-method and state space method is compared to verify the correctness of the program.Finally,by comparing the TMD response calculated by LABVIEW hybrid simulation and state space method,the dynamic response is basically consistent,so as to verify the rationality of the scheme of building the hybrid test simulation platform,realize the method of integrated measurement and control instrument hardware test under LINUX syste m,and further realize the method of building the TMD hybrid test platform.
