With the development of the shipping industry,the number of maritime shipping and inland shipping vessels has increased,the channel has become increasingly crowded,and the change of rivers has led to frequent collisions between ships and bridges,resulting in huge economic losses and adverse social impacts.The design and maintenance plan of the pier anti-collision facilities still have great theoretical significance and engineering application value.The paper first summarizes the research situation of bridge anti-collision facilities at home and abroad,and discusses the design schemes and mechanical characteristics of common anti-collision structures such as pile group foundation,artificial island,and box structure.Based on analysis and discussion,it is considered that the current domestic This aspect of research is limited to some large bridges.There is no complete set of structural design specifications for reference.The anti-collision device is still in the exploration stage,and there is still a lot of optimization space.This paper starts with the force of the anti-collision structure,and uses the finite element analysis method to analyze the structural impact of the different types of cargo ships hitting the steel piers of the concrete bridges of the rutai river,and the anti-collision piers of different combinations are proposed.Stress analysis,determine the optimal structural form,and propose an optimized anti-collision pier structure.The main research contents of the full text are as follows:1)The research status of the collision mechanism of bridges at home and abroad,the various types of bridge anti-collision devices,and the application of crashworthiness structures in engineering fields are summarized.2)Explain the basic theory of collision mechanics,and summarize and summarize the calculation formulas of ship impact force in various countries,and derive the simplified formula of ship collision force applicable to inland rivers.3)According to the design of the steel pipe pile anti-collision pier for the project,different design schemes are proposed by considering the diameter and connection mode of different steel pipe piles.4)Using the finite element software midas-civil2016,establish a solid model,carry outnumerical simulation analysis of steel pipe pile anti-collision pier,and economic analysis to determine the final design.Finally,some views on the optimization of the anti-collision pier structure need to be further studied.Through the above research,the paper deduces the simplified formula of ship collision force applicable to inland rivers,and provides the calculation method of impact force for the anti-collision calculation of inland river channel piers.At the same time,through the finite element simulation analysis,the steel pipe anti-collision pier is designed for the inland river bridge.The structure provides an engineering reference for the standardized design of the anti-collision pier of the inland river bridge.
