With the development of industrial Internet technology and Internet of Things tec hnology,power grid companies are paying more and more attention to new technologi es and business developments such as industrial equipment interconnection,plug and p lay,platform and service separation,sensing and communication separation,and device s based on Internet of Things technology.Plug and Play will bring huge technological innovations and changes to traditional distribution automation terminals.In the future,distribution automation terminals will be presented in the form and role of intelligent sensing units and edge computing platforms in the Internet of Things.The design and development of power distribution terminal based on modular con figuration design is mainly designed as independent hardware modules according to dif ferent functional requirements during design.Modules can be assembled by rail mounti ng,etc.Modules are not installed.Restricted by the size of the chassis and the numb er of slots,the type and number of modules can be arbitrarily configured according to engineering requirements.The modules communicate through the fast channel preempt ion mechanism with collision detection and the modules are plug and play.This paper discusses the hardware structure design scheme,software architecture d esign scheme and high-speed data transmission bus design scheme in the development process of distribution automation terminal based on modular design.The hardware int erface design,high-speed sampling software algorithm implementation and small curren t grounding system are elaborated in detail.Single-phase grounding software engineerin g implementation and high-speed bus control scheme,thus fully realize modular design of distribution automation terminal from structure,each functional module has indepe ndent hardware structure and can work independently under the coordination of core modules,each module is independent Installed on the rail,it works in conjunction wit h the core control module through a high-speed data bus with collision detection and fast preemption mechanism.At the same time,the boot program,operating system,fil e system and key data self-recovery scheme of the distribution automation terminal co re control module with modular configuration design are also expounded.The system root file system and user file system are separated and designed.Zone redundancy an d mutual backup verification,etc.,self-recovery when the data file of the project site is damaged or lost,improving the reliability of the equipment.
