In recent years,with the economic growth and the rapid development of the Internet,the scale of mobile communication base stations has become larger and larger.As of 2018,the number of logical base stations of communication operators has reached millions.The stability introduced by the city power is to ensure the normal operation of communication base stations.Basic,but due to a series of reasons such as mains maintenance,faults,etc.,the mains power will be interrupted.After this happens,the operation guarantee of the base station depends on the backup power guarantee provided by the battery pack configured by the base station;in general,the backup The battery has a battery life of 3-4 hours and is also affected by the load of the base station.When the battery pack cannot continue battery life,it is necessary to use artificial power generation to ensure power supply to ensure the normal power demand of the base station equipment.Problems with scheduling will directly cause the base station to power off and withdraw from service.Therefore,the generation scheduling efficiency of the oil engine after the mains power failure is crucial.At the same time,the power consumption of the base station after the power failure also directly affects the length of battery backup.At present,there are related researches on energy consumption and power generation scheduling of base stations at home and abroad,but subject to the actual resource allocation and localization of different places,the solutions that can be cited may not meet localization needs.On the other hand,the operation cost of power generation dispatch after the power outage is huge,accounting for about 20% of the overall maintenance cost.It can be seen that according to the energy consumption of the base station,it is the joint efforts of communication operators to dispatch power generation with reasonable power consumption of the base station to ultimately achieve the improvement of power generation efficiency and benefits.direction.Aiming at how to maximize the power generation guarantee of the base station after the mains power is interrupted,this paper puts forward a design idea of an intelligent power generation scheduling system based on the base station equipment,and implements its functions through the construction of software and hardware platforms.The design of the system mainly analyzes and researches the two aspects of "power generation scheduling algorithm" and "base station energy consumption analysis" : in the power generation scheduling algorithm,combining the status of scheduling,resource allocation,and geographical distribution of the site,the principle of maximizing benefits,Determine the generation scheduling algorithm based on rank priority and minimum sacrifice;in the analysis of base station energy consumption,the influencing factors of base station energy consumption are studied,the actual energy consumption information is collected by deploying the energy consumption collector on site,and the equipment energy is fitted by black box The linear relationship between the energy consumption and the PRB utilization rate is derived from the fitting combination,and the calculation model of the real-time energy consumption of the base station is determined.Based on the above research,the system platform was implemented.Through feasibility analysis,data flow analysis,database involvement,system function structure and other aspects,"base station information,oil engine scheduling,base station energy consumption,map information,benefit analysis,system management " 6 sub-function modules,which can realize the functions of basic data import management,power generation scheduling based on base station energy consumption,benefit analysis,and verify the application effect of the system during the trial operation.The system was completed at the end of 2019.From the perspective of the trial operation effect,it effectively solved the problems in the early stage,improved the efficiency of power generation dispatch,saved the cost of power generation,and improved the efficiency of power generation.
