In recent years,the central heating industry is booming and has become the main heating mode in northern cities of China.However,while benefiting humanity,the heating industry is also rapidly consuming energy and polluting the environment.As the core part of central heating,the heat exchange station bears the heat exchange between the heat source and the heat user.The advantages and disadvantages of the controller of the heat exchange station directly affect the heating effect of the heating system and the experience of the heat user.Therefore,how to realize the automatic regulation and energy-saving control of heat exchange stations and ensure the high efficiency,low cost and high reliability operation of the heating system has become the focus of the heating system research.In this paper,with the background of the controller transformation of the district heat exchanger station,an intelligent heat exchanger station is designed,which can comprehensively monitor the operation condition of the district heating pipe network and control the water pump or valve and other devices in the pipe network according to the operation condition of the heating pipe network.The main controller,sub-controller,input and output module,communication module and camera module are designed by embedded system,and the man-machine interface is designed by configuration software.The main controller and the human-machine interface are integrated together to achieve human-machine interaction,Parameter setting,data storage,strategy control,data display and query function.The sub-controller realizes communication and configuration with the main controller and the underlying acquisition board,and controls the heating pipe network.The input and output modules include a digital interface expansion board and an analog interface expansion board.Each type of expansion board includes input and output,and communicates with the main controller through the RS485 bus.The communication module adopts Ethernet and NB-IOT module to realize wired and wireless transmission of data.In terms of software design,functional modularization thinking is used to realize the program design of master control module,sub-control module,input and output module,communication module and control algorithm,and configuration software is used to design human-machine interaction interface.The intelligent terminal control algorithm of heat exchange station adopts fuzzy algorithm to optimize the traditional PID algorithm,and SIMULINK simulation in MATALAB software is used to verify the advantages of the optimized algorithm compared with the traditional algorithm.The simulation results show that the fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm has strong adaptability and robustness to temperature changeThe intelligent terminal of heat exchanger designed in this paper realizes intelligent control of heating unit based on embedded system.Compared with the existing products on the market,the structure of the control terminal is optimized and the functions of remote wireless transmission and camera photography are added.Under the premise of cost control,various functions of heat exchange station terminals are realized.The intelligent terminal of this heat exchange station has been put into normal use in the district heat exchange station.The system has undergone a trial run of a heating season and has experienced the entire cycle of heating,constant temperature,adjustment,and temperature reduction.The current operation is good and meets the actual heat supply and Demand for energy saving.
