With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the new construction mode has become the development focus of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,among which the development of prefabricated buildings has risen to the level of national strategy.At present,China’s prefabricated buildings are in the initial stage,and each construction unit lacks the relevant construction experience of reinforced sleeve grouting connection and the standard regulations for construction quality control.In some areas,problems such as the grouting is not dense,the on-site grouting construction is neglected in management,the degree of construction refinement is not high,and the work of workers is scattered are still exposed.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a fine-grained management solution for the reinforced sleeve grouting connection at the construction site to standardize the construction site management and to avoid the quality defects caused by human error to the greatest extent.Therefore,this paper uses 5S management to conduct corresponding application research on the construction site management of the reinforced sleeve grouting connection.Firstly,through expert interviews,this paper analyzes the content and existing problems of the construction site management of reinforced sleeve grouting connection.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of the construction site management of the reinforced sleeve grouting connection,this paper studies the 5S management scheme of the construction site of the reinforced sleeve grouting connection,based on the PDCA cycle theory,the overall implementation scheme of the 5S management is designed,and then the specific implementation scheme of the5 S management is designed from the five perspectives of "Seiri,Seiton,Seiso,Seikets,Shitsuke".Then,according to the concrete implementation plan of 5S management in the construction site of reinforced sleeve grouting connection,a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of 5S management in the construction site of reinforced sleeve grouting connection is established,based on the AHP cloud model,the 5S management evaluation model of reinforced sleeve grouting connection construction site is established,and based on the system dynamics,the 5S management effect simulation model of reinforced sleeve grouting connection construction site is established.Finally,combined with the actual project,AHP cloud model is used to evaluate the 5S management of the construction site of reinforced sleeve grouting connection,to verify the operability of the evaluation model,then the system dynamics is used to establish 5S management system model of reinforced sleeve grouting connection construction site for simulation,to verify the operability of the effect simulationmodel and the effectiveness of the 5S management scheme,the key points of 5S management in the construction site of reinforced sleeve grouting connection are clarified,and corresponding control measures are put forward,so as to comprehensively control 5S management in the construction site of reinforced sleeve grouting connection,it can provide certain basis for the scientific and effective management of the construction site of the reinforced sleeve grouting connection,provide theoretical support and basis for improving the construction management level of the prefabricated building,reduce the obstacles on the promotion road of the prefabricated building,and further promote the development of the prefabricated building.
