In recent years,both internationally and domestically,we are vigorously promoting the development of industrialized residential systems.China has increased its policy support efforts to make assembly buildings account for 30% of new buildings by 2026.As a new construction method in the field of construction,the industrialized residential systems construction method has many advantages,but its specific production environment is different from the traditional construction method.Under such a background,this study focuses on the industrialized residential systems sleeve grouting technology,in order to ensure the safe production of the sleeve grouting process and promote the industrialization of the industrialized residential systems in China,systematically analyze the risk of the sleeve grouting process,based on the analysis.The results suggest countermeasures.Firstly,the theory of sleeve grouting theory,risk management theory and system dynamics is taken as the theoretical basis.Through the summarization and field research of domestic and foreign literatures,starting from the five major risk categories of man-made,environment,technology,process and material equipment,23 A two-level risk indicator constructs a sleeve grouting process risk system.Through the Vensim software,the sleeve grouting process risk system is drawn into a causal loop diagram,and the transition from static to dynamic reveals the intrinsic influence mechanism of the risk system.Then according to the sleeve grouting process risk system,relevant questionnaires were designed.The personnel with the experience of the assembly project were the main respondents.A total of 151 valid questionnaires met the research of this paper.In this paper,the weighted index is weighted by the method of entropy weight method in R language.At the same time,the risk feedback model of sleeve grouting process is constructed in Vensim software.The equation of variable in the model is established by the weight data of entropy weight analysis.In this paper,the entropy weight method and the system dynamics tool(SD)are combined,and therisk analysis is seamlessly connected from static to dynamic.The results show that human factors and environmental factors are the focus of production control of the sleeve grouting process.Then the risk control system of the sleeve grouting process is proposed from the "source" control idea and the periodic phase control idea,and the risk control measures are embodied in the feedback model in a quantitative way,and the "tortuous" and "smooth" are obtained.Three types of risk control models: “type”and “ peak-loop transformation ”.The research shows that different risk control models have different degrees of control on the risk feedback model of the sleeve grouting process.Finally,from the two aspects of the risk source and the internal and external environment of the sleeve grouting process,the sleeve grouting process is proposed to produce more mature countermeasures in China's construction projects,so as to optimize the safe production of the sleeve grouting process and promote the assembly.The development of industrialization of building construction further promotes the transformation of construction methods in the construction sector.
