With the rapid development of smart transportation,Vehicular ad-hoc network(VANET)provides self-organizing data transmission capability and road condition warning function for vehicles on the road,to improve traffic flow and reduce road congestion.However,when network nodes share data in insecure communication channels,problems such as identity authenticity and message reliability exist,which pose important threats to the safety of vehicles and owners.A large amount of traffic data generated by vehicles are stored in trusted central databases,resulting in high maintenance costs,slow regulation efficiency,and vulnerability to single point attacks.In addition,since the vehicle-mounted self-organizing network is still in the development stage,vehicles in the network are not active enough to take part in information exchange,so an incentive or penalty mechanism is urgently needed to promote data sharing between nodes.In view of the above challenges,this paper proposes a security sharing and incentive contract scheme based on the blockchain for VANET.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Based on the bilinear pairing property on the elliptic curve,a digital signature scheme was designed to be applied to the data sharing process between network nodes,and it combined the distributed storage of blockchain and cryptography technology to ensure the security and reliability of data.In this scheme,the vehicle is taken as the perception node,which can perceive the data and share it with other nodes,and the roadside unit is taken as the consensus node,which can verify the effectiveness of the message and participate in the consensus process of the new block.Security analysis and communication cost analysis show that this scheme meets the security requirements of decentralization,privacy protection,anti-man-in-the-middle attack,non-repudiation and tamper-proof,and reduces the communication cost by at least 64.55% compared with other schemes.(2)After it packages the verified messages into data blocks,we add it to the end of the consortium blockchain through the practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance consensus mechanism,which not only increase the transaction throughput but also improves the confirmation speed of new blocks.On the platform of Hyperledger fabric,we carry the simulation experiment of security sharing and incentive contract of VANET based on blockchain out.The simulation conclusion shows that the scheme proposed in this paper is feasible to realize the information interaction between each node in the consortium blockchain.(3)Game problems based on shared data between nodes,this paper designed a smart contracts decentralized incentive contract scheme,this scheme according to reward distribution rules in advance,and encouraged to data sharing and cooperative interaction of vehicle nodes,and with a contribution amount of data to prove the data coins as a reward.The performance evaluation showed that the more actively taking part vehicles contributed to the data,the more data coins they received,and the less they received.Every rational vehicle chooses the best strategy to achieve the highest return and is unwilling to switch to another strategy to meet the Nash equilibrium when the benefits are greatest.We prove it that this scheme can improve the initiative of node interaction and promote the sustainable and healthy development of VANET.
