In recent years, the coastal reclamation reserves a lot of land resources, which plays a very important role in the development of coastal ports and cities. As one of the main beach resources, beach mud has the characteristics of high water content, insufficient strength and low permeability. Therefore,it needs to be treated before further development and utilization. The electroosmosis method can achieve rapid consolidation and drainage of soil moisture, which is an effective way of foundation reinforcement.First of all,in order to study the change law of soil moisture content in the process of electroosmosis, the laboratory test of real-time monitoring of water content in the sludge electroosmosis method of Wenzhou beach under 20 V voltage stabilization was carried out.Through monitoring the current, displacement, electric potential and water content after electroosmosis, the relationship between the effective electric potential, interface resistance, soil resistivity and water content was analyzed. The results show that when the water content is more than 70%,the soil effective potential and water content are approximately linear;when the water content is about 55%-70%,the soil effective potential is higher, and the change range is larger with the decrease of water content;when the water content is less than 55%,the soil effective potential is smaller and almost no longer changed. In the early stage of power on,the water content of soil decreases rapidly, and the change of interface resistance is relatively slow;with the decrease of water content, the interface resistance increases significantly;in the late stage of power on,the water content of soil is approximately the same, and the increase of interface resistance decreases relatively, and it gradually reaches the maximum value. When the water content is large, the soil resistivity value is small and increases slowly;when the water content is small, the soil resistivity increases rapidly, and the final soil resistivity is approximately 6 times of the initial soil resistivity.Secondly, for the problem of low efficiency of electroosmosis in the later stage of the above test, under the condition of the same total time of power on,the indoor test of step-by-step pressurization combined with power off is put forward, and the comprehensive comparative analysis is carried out from the aspects of electroosmosis coefficient, final water content and so on.The results show that: during the period of step-by-step pressure combination, the shut-down group improves the drainage capacity of electroosmosis, and plays a certain role in weakening the current attenuation in the later period of electroosmosis; The effective potential of soil is relatively high, which is helpful to accelerate the electroosmosis consolidation of soil in the later stage of electroosmosis,so as to improve the efficiency in the later stage of electroosmosis; In addition,it can not only effectively reduce the moisture content of the soil, but also obtain lower electric energy consumption; Finally, the soil is relatively uniform, but the shear strength is not enough;the corrosion effect of the electrochemical reaction on the anode is also enhanced. Finally, according to the phenomenon that the shear strength of soil is insufficient in the test, the moving electrode is controlled according to the time when the electroosmosis is electrified, and the indoor electroosmosis test is carried out.Through the comparative analysis of water content, settlement, conductivity and other laws, the test results show that: intermittent power on combined with the middle-term mobile electrode group drainage effect is the best;In the later period of intermittent electrification, the moving electrode group alleviated the current attenuation, increased the drainage rate of the soil, reduced the water content of the soil, increased the overall shear strength of the soil, significantly improved the reinforcement effect in the middle of the soil, increased the surface settlement of the soil, and significantly changed the pH and conductivity of the soil.
