| In recent years,with the increase of the permeability of distributed generation,the randomness and fluctuation of its output have brought challenges to the traditional operation mode of power grid.Microgrid can be used to solve the problem of grid connection of distributed generation,so it has been widely concerned.Optimizing the energy management of micro grid photovoltaic power generation system and coordinating the allocation of energy storage capacity are conducive to improving the economy of micro grid operation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The microgrid with optical storage system is selected as the research object.The main factors such as operation and maintenance cost of photovoltaic power generation system,life loss cost of energy storage system,time-sharing electricity price of public grid are considered.The operation economy of microgrid is taken as the optimization objective,and further consideration is given to power balance,output power limitation of photovoltaic power generation,climbing capacity of photovoltaic output,charging and discharging of energy storage system The double-layer optimization model of energy management is established under the constraints of capacity limitation.Among them,the outer layer optimization model mainly considers the power purchase cost of the system and the investment cost of the optical storage system,taking the minimum of these costs as the optimization objective;the inner layer optimization model mainly considers the life loss and power loss of the battery set,so as to minimize the operation cost of the energy storage system;then,combined with the inner and outer layer optimization model,the comprehensive energy optimization is realized,so as to achieve the maximum power consumption cost of the micro grid Low target.(2)The output power and load of the photovoltaic power generation system in the microgrid are predicted,and the power balance is carried out based on the predicted results.The balance results are used as the reference for the battery charging and discharging in a scheduling cycle(24 hours),so as to minimize the life loss cost of the battery in the charging and discharging process.(3)Combined with the bacterial foraging algorithm,a PSO algorithm-bacterial foraging algorithm(PSO-BF)was proposed.PSO-BF algorithm is used to solve the energy management optimization model to obtain the optimal configuration results of energy storage capacity,and the output optimization results of microgrid in two modes of grid connected and island operation are also obtained.Photovoltaic,public grid and energy storage system are coordinated to supply power to microgrid,and controllable load is cut off when necessary to minimize the operation cost of microgrid.In this paper,the energy management mode considering the operation economy of microgrid is proposed.By adjusting the output power of each photovoltaic power supply reasonably,the utilization potential of energy storage system is explored,the economy of microgrid operation and the income of photovoltaic power generation are improved,which is conducive to the promotion of new energy power generation. |
