In the past 10 years,the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry has made great progress,and it has even become an important driving force for the development of the new energy vehicle industry worldwide.Among them,the strong policy support of the Chinese government,especially a series of subsidy policies,has effectively attracted entrepreneurs’ willingness to invest in the new energy vehicle industry and consumers’ willingness to consume the new energy vehicle.It is the long-term and rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry key factors.In 2019,the subsidies fell sharply,which brought the first negative growth of the new energy vehicle industry.However,the general direction of the Chinese government’s support for the new energy vehicle industry has not changed.The policy adjustment is to hope that the new energy vehicle industry can smoothly change from a high-speed to high-quality,from a policy-driven to a market-driven development path.Under this new situation,companies related to the new energy vehicle industry must reflect on and even adjust existing strategies to provide guidance for the company’s subsequent development.Company B’s business was affected in this round of policy adjustments,mainly manifested by a sharp decline in performance,lower profitability,and more intense market competition.Company B is eager to seek a breakthrough direction in this situation.This study starts from sorting out the main problems existing in Company B,and determines to review the current strategy from a strategic perspective and try to determine the direction of solving the current dilemma.This study systematically analyzes the external environment and internal capabilities of the enterprise through strategic analysis tools,including PEST analysis and Porter’s five-force analysis,and initially determines the enterprise’s alternative strategic plans through SWOT analysis.Further more,as a supplement to the quantitative analysis of SWOT analysis,combined with the SWOT analysis results,the SPACE matrix analysis is used to finally determine the type of development strategy and the implementation approach.Through the above analysis,it is determined that Company B needs to adopt a competitive development strategy,and by strengthening marketing efforts,it is determined to focus on the development direction of charging pile equipment sales and to increase the development of overseas markets.Finally,it is guaranteed by flattening the organizational structure of the enterprise and improving human resources and innovation systems.
