With the development of smart grid technology,the scale of distributed power supply to the grid is increasing,and the share of distributed generation in the total power generation of power systems is increasing.Distributed generation is characterized by cleanness,high efficiency,and flexible installation.Its development planning plays an important role in improving energy supply structure,reducing power supply costs,achieving demand side management,and improving power system safety and reliability.However,the access of a large number of distributed power sources has had a huge impact on the structure and operation of the power system,which has brought about profound changes in the pattern of the power system,and put forward higher requirements for the operation,planning and control of the power system.How to solve the impact of various uncertain factors on the safe and reliable operation of distribution network under the premise of considering the volatility and randomness of DG output,improve the capacity of distribution network to DG,and make various indicators of distribution network Achieving optimality is an issue that must be considered in current distribution network planning.Therefore,based on the latest theoretical research on distribution network planning in recent years,this paper analyzes a series of effects on the operation of distribution network after DG accesses the distribution network,and proposes the improvement of power supply capacity.The distribution network planning theory with distributed power supply,the main research contents are as follows:Considering the uncertain state of distribution network oper ation with DG,the model of DG output uncertainty distribution network is established,and the stochastic models of various types of DG and load are used to describe reasonably and effectively.Based on this,the uncertain power flow calculation of DG with distribution network is studied,and the uncertainty of power flow distribution is solved by random power flow method.Based on the opportunistic constraints of the distribution network grid planning theory,based on the various constraints of the distrib ution network operation,the network structure optimization model with the minimum power supply capacity and investment is established,and the distribution network is proposed.The improved genetic algorithm of the frame planning model defines the coding rules according to the grid structure of the distribution network,and improves the population generation strategy,cross strategy and selection strategy.This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of distribution network power planning,predicts the charging load of electric vehicles by estimating the electric vehicle ownership and charging demand analysis,and proposes the planning model of distribution network DG and charging facilities based on this,and adopts improved genetic algorithm.Solve the model.Through the above research,a new solution to the distribution network planning with distributed power supply and electric vehicle is provided,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by the simulation example.
