The working voltage of pure electric vehicle is hundreds of volts,far exceeding the safe voltage of human body.High voltage safety is an important safety index of pure electric vehicle.The bad working environment of the vehicle,the aging of the high voltage line and the breakage of the insulation may lead to the danger of electric leakage,short circuit and electric shock.Every year because of pure electric vehicle high voltage failure caused by vehicles,personnel and other safety accidents are occurring.According to the working principle and control strategy of high voltage of pure electric vehicle,a model of high voltage safety simulation device for pure electric vehicle is designed,in order to maintain and use pure electric vehicle safely and reduce the high voltage accident rate,it is of great practical significance to develop a high voltage safety simulation device for EV.Firstly,the paper analyzes the general layout,working principle and high-voltage safety risk of components of high-voltage safety system for ev,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of high-voltage safety simulation device.Secondly,under the guidance of high voltage safety theory,taking a certain vehicle as an example,the total circuit layout of high voltage safety simulation device for pure electric vehicle is designed by means of substitution,based on the mathematical analysis of the high voltage components,sensors and main controller,the optimal configuration of the high voltage safety simulation device for EV is selected.Finally,the components of the selected high voltage safety simulation device are assembled to form a simulation device which can visually understand the high voltage layout and safety protection of the pure electric vehicle.Using C language to program and write the main controller chip,the simulation device can visually observe the whole process of high voltage up and down,fast charging and slow charging,driving demonstration,over-current protection and fault simulation.By debugging and modifying the main controller chip,the function of the simulation device can simulate the high voltage working principle and fault demonstration of pure electric vehicle.Then,the working principle and fault simulation of the high-voltage system are analyzed on the high-voltage safety simulation device of EV.In this paper,the design and manufacture of the high-voltage simulation device of the pure electric vehicle provide more basis for the research of the high-voltage safety system of the new energy vehicle.
