With the scale and systematization of modern industrial production,intelligent workshop is the inevitable direction of modern factory development.Industrial control system requires servo control unit with fast communication speed,high precision,high integration and good stability.The traditional motion control system has been unable to meet the development needs of modern manufacturing industry.The main problems are the complex wiring between servo devices,low integration of hardware,easy to be interfered by the outside and so on.With the rapid development of industrial Ethernet technology,it has become a research hotspot to simplify the indirect line of servo equipment,improve anti-interference ability,improve control precision and reduce cost through network transmission.Firstly,based on the analysis of the motion control system at home and abroad,a multi-axis motion control system with high integration,perfect protection and high reliability is designed and developed.The system adopts ADSP-CM408 F as the main controller and Mitsubishi's Intelligent Power Module(IPM)as the architecture of power drive devices.In this structure,a servo unit applies the same power module and adopts a digital and serial network GSK Link fieldbus to realize the operation control of multi axis servo motor,which is convenient for later maintenance.Secondly,the peripheral circuit design and program framework of DSP are analyzed emphatically,and the principle of motor vector control and PID control parameter setting are expounded.This system adopts a digital,serial network GSK Link fieldbus.Because of its fast transmission speed,strong anti-interference ability,low cost,it makes the communication between multiple servo modules simple and provides a mode for the development of multi axis servo driver system.Finally,through the joint debugging of software and hardware,using Matlab for simulation debugging,algorithm verification and model analysis,the multi-axis motion control system is preliminarily tested,and the shortcomings and improvements are proposed to further verify the feasibility of the design.
