With the development of automotive technology,automatic transmissions have gradually replaced traditional manual transmissions.Dual Clutch Transmission(Referred to as DCT)is welcomed by the market due to its non-power interrupted shifting and shifting performance with high transmission efficiency,so its transmission market share has gradually increased.The hydraulic shift system is an important part of wet DCT.The realization of the wet DCT shift function mainly depends on the hydraulic control system.Therefore,the design and research of wet DCT hydraulic control system is needed.This paper first introduces the structural principle and control block diagram of the designed wet DCT.Combined with the schematic diagram of the hydraulic control system of wet DCT,the working conditions of each module of the hydraulic system are specifically analyzed.And the Structure and working principle of each module of the hydraulic system are specifically analyzed,including the hydraulic slide valve,solenoid valve,shift cylinder,clutch,sensor and other components in the hydraulic control system.At the same time,mathematical models of solenoid valves,hydraulic slide valves,shift cylinders,and clutches are established,which provides guidance for the modeling and simulation of wet DCT hydraulic control systems.Solenoid valve is one of the core components of the wet DCT hydraulic control system.Taking the proportional pressure control valve VFS of clutch pressure as an example,the electromagnetic valve is analyzed by the software of Ansys/Maxwell.The dynamic and static characteristics of the electromagnetic field are simulated by the software of AMESim,obtaining the relationship between current and oil pressure of the solenoid valve.Based on the principle analysis of the wet DCT hydraulic control system,simulation and analysis of the system clutch pressure control module,hydraulic shift actuator module,cooling and lubrication module and main oil channel pressure module are carried out,including hydraulic slide valve,solenoid valve,etc.The hydraulic simulation software of AMESim is used to model and simulate each module of the hydraulic system.By analyzing the data obtained,the conclusion of the hydraulic system simulation is obtained.In order to verify the functionality of the designed hydraulic control system,according to the relevant parameters of the designed hydraulic module,the three-dimensional structure of the hydraulic module is drawn using three-dimensional drawing software,and the physical object of the wet DCT hydraulic module was obtained.The processed hydraulic module entity is mounted on a test bench for test,then the test data of each module of the system is obtained.The test results verify the correctness of the simulation.The transmission test bench is set up,and the transmission test bench is used to obtain the three-speed and four-speed lift data.The test results verify that the developed hydraulic module can guarantee the realization of the shift function.At the same time,it proves that the wet DCT hydraulic module is integrated with the transmission.
