With the continuous development of the automotive industry, automotive automatic transmission technology is farther and farther in the depth and breadth of intelligence, the world are increasing their investment in human and material resources to build their automobile transmission meet the conditions. In this context the dual clutch automatic transmission(Dual Clutch Transmission, called DCT for short) gradually developed. DCT is similar to Manual Transmission, and evolved on that basis, it drew the merits of Automatic transmission(Automated Mechanical Transmission, referred AMT)(a simple structure, high transmission efficiency), achieved interruption of transmission ratio without power conversion, significantly shorter shift time, shift quality improved significantly. Since DCT combines the advantages of MT, AMT, AT transmission, etc., so that the vehicle driving performance improved significantly, and therefore the key for the DCT control technology research is significant.In this paper, authors study a mass of 7-speed dry dual-clutch automatic transmission(DQ200), for requirements of dual-clutch automatic transmission control, designed embedded electro-hydraulic proportional control system and to complete the following tasks: resolved the transmission control module, cleared transmission electro-hydraulic control object and target; To design a kind of master-slave electro-hydraulic proportional control system, using the Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI) bus technology to achieve controlling of the transmission ratio of the solenoid valve to achieve transmission shifting and clutch engagement and other basic operations; Authors completed including power modules, communication modules, the solenoid valve drive module, motor drive module, sensor signal processing module circuit design and production, then made them integration; To realize the basic control functions of transmission on gantry shift function test.The control system uses Freescale(Freescale) 16-bit microcontroller 9S12 X type as the main processor chip; Authors learned from AMT&AT, the solenoid valve driving program, then joined the current PI regulator stability control and proportional solenoid valve hysteresis effect attenuation the role of control, to achieve the effective control of the type used in the transmission solenoid valves; Authors took professional TLE8242 L solenoid valve driver chips and power management chip TLE7368 E on this driving scheme. Integrated motor controller for closed-loop feedback control of the pump motor; integrated sensor signal processing module includes a signal receiving and processing feedback function; These modules constitute the core of the electro-hydraulic control system of the control section, so that the design of electro-hydraulic control system with transmission basic control functions.
