With the rapid development of Chinese smart grid,grid operating costs have been reduced year by year,and users have put forward higher requirements for power system operation reliability and economy.DC motors have the characteristics of small size,high speed,and high power density.Permanent magnet synchronous motors are also widely used in the power field because of their low cost,low energy consumption,and high reliability.When performing the ideal speed control of the motor,it is necessary to use the control parameters to model the motor.Therefore,accurate motor control parameters play an important role in high-performance motor control.However,due to the influence of the external environment and the magnetic saturation of the motor,the parameters of the motor will change during operation,which brings difficulties for accurate parameter identification.Therefore,the accuracy of motor parameter identification is particularly important.Based on the summary of the research status of parameter identification technology for DC motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors at home and abroad,based on the polynomial evolution model,the research is carried out around the two parameter identification methods of state space equations and curve fitting,and through numerical simulation experiments and A series of verification analyses were carried out in the physical experiment.First,the open-closed-loop speed control model of the motor is established based on the mathematical models of the two motors.The control model contains six parameters to be identified.Then,using the two excitation curves as inputs,the corresponding polynomial evolution model is derived,and the three data working areas of voltage,current and speed in the model are determined.Finally,on the one hand,use Simulink to establish a relevant simulation model based on the speed control model for numerical simulation experiments;on the other hand,use the actual operating conditions of the DC motor and the experimental data of the permanent magnet synchronous motor on the Simcenter platform for physical experiments,in three different disturbances In this case,the two methods of Matlab state space equation and curve fitting tool are used to identify the corresponding identification value,and compared with the actual value to measure the identification accuracy.The results show that the state space equation identification method can be effectively used in cases where the disturbance is negligible.In contrast,the curve fitting identification method can be used to identify six motor parameters under various disturbance conditions,both of which have operational reliability and Advantages such as parameter identification accuracy.As for the excitation curve,the jerk wave has a fast response speed,and the trapezoid wave identification accuracy is high.Both can be effectively used in the parameter identification process of the motor.
