Research On Fine Management Of Public Space Based On Urban Design

With the rapid development of my country's economy and the rapid urbanization of cities,the importance of urban design in shaping high-quality environment,urban characteristics,stimulating urban vitality,and enhancing urban competitiveness is self-evident.However,due to the long-term and extensive management model,it is difficult to cope with the adjustment needs of flexibility in the management and control process and insufficient management and control,resulting in the imbalance of urban design results and management and control,the mismatch of management methods and management needs,the failure of public interest Poor space quality,etc.,make it difficult for urban design to fully play a role in planning control.As urban planning and construction enter the transitional stage of the quality era,from the central to the local level,more emphasis has been placed on achieving high-quality public space development goals through refined urban management,and urban planning and management methods have also shifted from extensive to refined.Therefore,refined management and control of public space has become an important way to implement high-quality development of public space.At present,urban design practices at home and abroad have shown that the implementation of refined urban management and control is an important means to solve the dilemma of traditional planning and management,and is an important guarantee for shaping urban characteristics and improving the quality of urban public spaces.It is of great research significance.This paper analyzes the dilemma of refined management and control of public space in my country,and proposes a framework for refined management and control of public space by drawing on and absorbing the theories and practical experience of refined management and control of public space at home and abroad.Finally,take the refined management and control of the public space of Unit C2 in the starting area of Guangzhou Nansha Pearl Bay as an example to analyze the five aspects of the compil ation of results,clarification of key management and control elements,the connection between results and the management and control system,the implementation process of specific management and control,and the effectiveness of management and control.Implementation strategies for refined management and control of public space.The first chapter is about the research background and questions.Through a review of related theories,and clarified the research content,methods,significance and thesis framework.The second chapter is about the real dilemma of refined management and control of public space in my country.This is the thinking and research of this article.Through thepreparation stage of urban design results,the implementation stage of management and control,and the evaluation of management and control effects,it analyzes the realistic dilemmas faced by my country's urban design management and control,and proposes optimization ideas from the two levels of the preparation stage and the strengthening of target guidance and control.The third chapter is the practical research and experience reference of refined management and control of public space at home and abroad.Through combing and drawing lessons from the implementation path of urban design management and control for improving the quality of public space at home and abroad,the empirical enlightenment of the refined management and control of public space is proposed from the two levels of the compilation of results and the implementation of dynamic management and control in the whole process.The fourth chapter is to build a fine management and control framework for public space.The public space refined management and control framework is proposed from three levels:the construction of public space target system,public space planning and preparation,and the implementation path of public space refined management and control.The fifth chapter is a case study of fine management and control of public space.Taking the refined management and control of the public space of Unit C2 in the starting area of Nansha Pearl Bay in Guangzhou as an example,the implementation strategy for the refined management and control of public space is proposed through a systematic study of the whole process from preparation to management and control implementation.
