With the rapid development of information technology, higher requirements are imposed on the efficiency and fineness of urban management. The traditional urban management model can not fully adapt to the needs of modern urban management, exposing various drawbacks. It is necessary to further improve the city management level by continuously promoting the refined management of the city.Including the city environment, landscaping, facilities components, infrastructure, road traffic, housing and real estate, etc.,we must grasp the overall situation from the macro and micro levels, and coordinate the whole, not only to achieve unity, but also to achieve specialization and special Sexuality, giving the city the most rigorous and standardized command and management, supervision, and promoting the refined management of the city.In response to the above problems, related technologies such as domain-driven model design, hybrid architecture, workflow and geographic information system are analyzed. On this basis, the design of the refined management system architecture, the workflow management system, the unified messaging platform and the domain model design are completed.(1)The design of the refined management system architecture.Domain-driven design is divided into infrastructure layer, application service layer and user interaction layer. It is encapsulated by standard protocols such as ORM framework and WebService. It mainly implements 4 business functions and 5 system functions. It implements as many responsive design methods as possible for different users and realizes painless access of different platforms.(2)Workflow management system and unified messaging platform.Workflow management system includes workflow definition, workflow engine, workflow management and monitoring. It can support large concurrent users, massive data processing, support heterogeneous system process integration, and has good scalability and stability.Flexibility abstracts the functional components and interfaces of the workflow management system, providing a common foundation for interoperability between workflow products. The Unified Messaging platform builds a comprehensive,three-dimensional message transmission channel for users, and provides interfaces integrated with other systems.Messages such as reminders, subscription information, and notifications can be sent to multiple clients of the user through the unified messaging platform.,including collaboration clients, emails, mobile phones, and so on.(3)Domain model design. The main functional objectives of the business system domain model were formulated, and the logic of the business system domain model, the main business system domain model and the relationship between the business system domain model and other data environments were designed. The information processing model of the subject area model and the main subject area model are designed, and the relationship between the subject area model and other domain models is expounded. In the system test phase,375 main function use cases of the system were selected, and all tests passed, which can accurately complete the user operation. In terms of system performance testing, when the concurrent users in the platform are greater than 100,the platform operation response time is less than 5 seconds, and the utilization ratio of the resources in the platform is less than 65%.The test demonstrates that the functions of the system conform to the design.Require and achieve the desired results of the design. At present, the system has access to 13 functional departments,3 streets and 3 state-owned enterprises, handling more than 65,000 cases of various types of cases, significantly improving the response speed and processing efficiency of various functional departments,so that citizens' demands can be resolved in a timely and effective manner.
