The line loss rate is the comprehensive embodiment of the grid architecture planning and design,the operation and management level of the power supply enterprise and the system operation level.Reducing the line loss rate is also an important way to improve the efficiency of the power enterprise.At the present stage,people pay more attention to the way to reduce the line loss through investment in the transformation of the grid structure.With the continuous advancement of the electric power reform,both State Grid and Southern Power Grid are reducing the investment in the power grid.The technical means of power grid construction to reduce line loss are greatly limited.How to reduce line loss through management means and improve the operating efficiency of enterprises has become more important.However,in the process of power transmission and distribution,there are many links involved,the line loss anomaly is highly invisible,Relying on manual to carry out line checking without target not only makes the work repetition rate high,but also the workload large.How to find the main cause of line loss anomaly,and take this as the guide to find out the problems in planning and design,copy and receive,measurement and inspection management and so on,so as to improve the level of enterprise management has become urgent.The measurement automation system effectively integrates the data of various power plants,public transformer,special transformer and users,and comprehensively applies all kinds of data,which is an important data support for the development of power network monitoring,power quality monitoring,load management,power consumption inspection,line loss management and other businesses.In recent years,electric power enterprises have been actively building measurement automation systems,which provide data support for the information and intelligence of the power grid,and also provide an important technical means for line loss management.Especially in recent years,Guangdong Power Grid added the line loss analysis module in measurement automation system,which can achieve the daily line loss monitoring.Before,they need monitor data of line loss for monthly period through the GIS system,marketing system and measurement automation system.Through the new line loss analysis module,the line loss analysis gets more complete data support,abnormal line loss analysis is also more accurate.This paper explained the production and the classification of line loss,introduces the theoretical line loss calculation method and the statistical pattern of line loss in the measurement automation system,detailed elaborated line loss management process and method of the power supply enterprises,explained the application of "four levels of line loss" and "two comparsions" in the system,puts forward the analysis method of line loss anomaly for different reasons in the measurement automation system,provides a solution for the causes that system automatically determine line loss anomaly.And through the actual cases to describe the measurement automation system quickly and accurately analysis and find the reasons of line loss anomaly.Finally,through the actual results of a county power supply bureau in the application of measurement automation system in line loss management,the great role of measurement automation system in line loss abnormal treatment is further demonstrated.
