Energy is the key to the development of the national economy.Reasonable use and conservation of energy can not only greatly reduce the total cost of national production,but also have profound significance for the development of national economy.As a kind of environmental,economic and practical energy,electric energy has a great effect on economic development and social progress.Energy saving and power grid security are the two main themes of electric power enterprises.Line loss is a comprehensive technical indicator to measure and assess the level of production technology and operation management of power supply enterprises,and it is also an index to evaluate the operation level and production level.This paper takes the line loss of Lao ling Power Supply Company as the research object.Firstly,the theoretical calculation of line loss is studied.In view of the fact that there are both high-voltage transmission networks and low-voltage distribution networks in the jurisdiction of Lao ling Power Supply Company,in order to improve the calculation accuracy of line losses,in high-voltage transmission lines,the line loss is calculate by equivalent resistance method,and an optimized equivalent resistance method is used for the calculation of the distribution network.At the same time,the loss caused by the reactive power compensation device,the protection device and the measuring device in the power grid is considered to improve the accuracy of the theoretical line loss calculation.Secondly,the research on line loss management is carried out.By investigating the current situation of line loss management in the power supply company of Lao ling City,it is found that there are many problems in the management of technical line loss,such as the high load rate of multiple 35kV substations;the poor health of lOkV power supply lines,and the serious loss.In the management of line loss,the Lao ling City Power Supply Company has unclear responsibilities of the marketing department;customer data is incomplete;meter reading management is lax.These problems lead to the high line loss rate of Lao ling city.In response to the above problems,the following measures are taken,three new 110 kV high voltage transmission lines are built,many circuitous power supply lines are eliminated,and the problem area is reformed to reduce the load rate of substations.At the same time,the aging transmission lines and transformers should be replaced,and the operation and maintenance of the power grid should be strengthened to improve the health of the equipment to reduce the technical line loss.In view of the problems in the management of line loss,this paper proposes to solve the problem of unclear division of responsibility by using the method of "divide pressure,branch line,and sub-area area" to decompose the line loss index responsibility to the person.Eliminate unusual customer data with external power and establish complete grid customer information.Establish a regular verification notification system to strengthen data management.Strictly implement the management system of checking and collecting,and make up for the inadequacy of checking and collecting to improve the accuracy of meter reading.At the same time,strengthen the anti-stealing training of nuclear power personnel to reduce the line loss caused by electricity theft.According to the investigation of the grid scale,power sales,power factor and reactive power equipment of Lao Ling City in 2015,the basic information of the power grid is acquired.Based on this,the day with a small load is selected as the representative load day.And the theoretical line loss in high-voltage transmission lines and distribution lines is calculate by equivalent resistance method and optimized equivalent resistance method respectively.Then the comparison between the actual line loss and theoretical line loss is used to establish the target of line loss management.Decompose this target into various departments and individuals.Applying the above measures to the line loss management in Lao Ling City in 2016,the comprehensive line loss rate has been reduced by 2.38%,and the line loss rate of low-voltage distribution network has been reduced by 0.58%.The line loss control mission has been over accompanied.These loss reduction measures have achieved remarkable results and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed line loss management method are verified.
