Distributed generation technology usually refers to small,dispersed and efficient power generation methods near users,mainly including wind power generation,small photovoltaic power generation,small gas turbine power generation and other power generation methods.Because of the disadvantages of large power grid,such as low economy and large fault range,small and efficient distributed energy stations have been widely developed and applied.In developed countries of Europe and America,gas distributed energy stations have been developing for 40 years.China started late,but it also has broad prospects for development.Guangzhou Aotou Gas Distributed Energy Station is a clean energy project invested and constructed by Guangzhou Electric Power Enterprise Group.It is located in Aotou Industrial Base of Conghua City.It adopts cogeneration mode and has a installed capacity of 2 x 15 MW gas generating units,with two units planned to be added in the long term.In this paper,the design and research of the second phase access system for Guangzhou Aotou Distributed Energy Station are carried out.The main research contents are as follows.According to the electric power system of Conghua and the electric power status of Aotou industrial base and the project situation of the second phase of Guangzhou Aotou distributed energy station.Firstly,the development planning and power demand forecast of Conghua power grid are studied.The power balance analysis of Conghua power grid is carried out to demonstrate the necessity of Aodou energy station's second phase construction and its status in the system.According to the situation of the grid in the near area of the second phase of Aotou energy station,three schemes for the access system of the energy station are put forward,and the optimal access system scheme is obtained through analysis from four aspects of power supply reliability,line implement ability,rationality of power flow and measurement and monitoring.Secondly,electrical calculation is carried out on the access system scheme,and the optimal access system scheme is studied in terms of outgoing voltage level,circuit number and conductor section,etc.,so as to analyze the feasibility of the scheme,put forward the requirements of the system on the electrical equipment parameters of the energy station,and study the main electrical connection scheme of the energy station.Finally,the system protection,safety automatic device,dispatching automation and system communication of booster station are studied.
