In the new energy resources,solar energy is inexhaustible,widely distributed,clean and pollution-free.The development and utilization of solar energy has received general attention.The level of development and utilization has been continuously increasing,the technology development has been maturing,and the commercialization conditions have developed rapidly.The PV field area of the proposed water conservancy hub has a high average annual solar radiation intensity and a large amount of radiation.It is an area rich in solar energy resources and can improve the land use rate.According to the electrical design rules and specifications of solar PV power stations,combined with the policy of PV power industry,and in light of the actual natural conditions of Dongjiang Water Conservancy Hub,the 12 MW PV power station is put forward to optimize the electrical design.The history and current status of the development of PV power generation technology at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed.Through the research and analysis of the current situation of PV power generation,the solar resources,geological conditions,hydrological conditions in the area where the PV power station is located,as well as the calculation of PV battery mathematical model and maximum power tracking,provide the basis for system technical scheme design.Then,on the basis of the analysis of design conditions,the overall project design is determined and the power generation is calculated.According to the overall project,the investment return is analyzed,the selection principle of inverters and DC distribution equipment is proposed,the PV components and PV arrays suitable for the local natural environment are selected,the system operation mode is designed,the appropriate inclination and azimuth angle are designed,and the suitable design scheme of PV arrays is determined.,calculation of cable connection between PV components,row spacing and column spacing,etc.Finally,the environmental monitoring scheme and component cleaning and anti-PID scheme are designed.Finally,determine the design scheme of the electrical part,according to the principle of the primary electrical access system,design the electrical main wiring,overvoltage protection,grounding,lighting and other schemes.In the secondary electrical design,determine the relay protection,dispatch automation,monitoring system,time synchronization system,DC system and secondary AC power system,five-guard system,environmental monitoring system,equipotential system,and Secondary equipment group screen layout scheme;In the communication design,according to the communication requirements,the communication scheme,scheduling network scheme and various business channel schemes are designed.
