Research On Reconstruction Design Of Lingnan Dwellings Under The Background Of Rural Tourism

China has been an agricultural country since ancient times,and many traditional villages have been derived from ancient to modern times.Due to its vast territory,villages are widely distributed and numerous,which have high research value.Villages contain both material and intangible cultural heritage and have multiple values of history,culture,art and economy,among which the residential buildings in traditional villages are one of the precious material cultural heritage.However,at present,the residential buildings in traditional villages in lingnan area are still weak in people’s awareness of protection and development,so they are dilapidated,hollowed out and built in disorder,which are the main problems of traditional residential buildings.To this end,I take the rural tourism as the guide,make use of the historical and cultural value of traditional residential architecture,design and reform it,so that it in the new era today to restore its value.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research background,research object and related research at home and abroad,provides scientific basis for the topic selection,extracts the design method and significance,and lays the theoretical foundation for this research.The second part is a basic overview of rural tourism and lingnan residential buildings,by consulting a large number of literature data organization and analysis,combing,summing up the characteristics and the value of lingnan architecture,lingnan residential building in the role of rural tourism,explores the rural tourism is how to promote the inheritance and development of the lingnan architectural culture.In the third part,the author puts forward the strategies of renovation design of traditional residential buildings from five aspects: protection priority,old and new symbiosis,memory retention,cultural intervention of new design,and application of new materials and technologies.The fourth part is mainly to the domestic and foreign related traditional residential building renovation design case analysis,from the case of the basic background,renovation design strategy,specific renovation design as the entry point.The last part takes liangxi village in jiangmen city,guangdong province as a concrete reconstruction design case,carries out actual ground reconnaissance,field photography,field surveying and mapping,personnelconsultation,understands the status quo and existing problems,and USES the reconstruction design strategy and method proposed above to carry out design analysis and detailed specific design.
