Study On The Renewal Design Of Rural Settlements Guided By Tourism Development

Tourism development has increasingly become one of the important ways to promote rural revitalization.Most of the rural settlements take the natural ecology,rural scenery,local architecture,cultural folklore as the core resources,trying to become an attractive tourist destination,among which there are many successful cases.However,in the process of a large number of rural tourism development,due to the lack of differentiated strategy guidance,the lack of awareness of protection and the lack of "one village,one policy" update design measures and other reasons,it often causes a certain degree of damage to the fragile rural ecology.Therefore,under the background of rural tourism development in full swing,the research on the renewal design of rural settlements undoubtedly has important theoretical and application value.This paper focuses on the strategies and methods of rural settlement renewal design based on the needs of tourism development.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the relevant theories of rural tourism and settlement renewal,it selects yaojialing village,Zixi County,Jiangxi Province,as the research case,taking the tourism development needs of general planning of Zixi County as the starting point,and summarizes the case as follows through detailed field survey and residential type induction Based on the spatial characteristics of typical rural settlements and the type characteristics of residential buildings,this paper discusses the renewal design strategies that can meet the needs of tourism development,inherit rural culture and civilization,and continue the characteristics of architectural features from two aspects: the overall space construction of settlements and the renewal design of residential buildings,and sums up the general renewal design principles in order to renew the design of similar rural settlements in China Provide reference and reference.First of all,summarize the research status and related theories at home and abroad,define the research framework and research methods,elaborate the selection basis of Yaojialing village as the research case,and the tourism development overview of Zixi County to which the case belongs;secondly,discuss the tourism development strategy of Yaojialing village through several site surveys of Yaojialing village,combined with the upper planning and analysis of land use conditions,and put forward the functions including functions Thirdly,on the premise of the overall space renewal of rural settlements,by summarizing the types of current residential buildings,the corresponding design principles of building protection and renewal are determined,and several representative residential buildings are selected for renewal scheme design.Finally,the rural settlement space and architectural renovation are summarized New general strategies and methods.In a word,the renewal of rural settlements guided by tourism development should be based on its own local characteristics and tourism development conditions,combined with the upper planning to first solve the core problems of functional layout,transportation,landscape,infrastructure,etc.,and then explore the principles and methods of settlement space renewal and architectural renewal,in order to determine a more reasonable development idea for the development of rural tourism.
