With the innovation of national construction engineering construction technology,the existing production method of reinforced concrete in-situ technology can no longer meet the needs of efficient and environmentally friendly development.Compared with the cast-in-place construction method,prefabricated concrete structures have high construction efficiency;less labor requirements at the construction site,convenient and orderly crossover operations;procedures can be accurately checked to ensure quality;less interference to the surrounding construction,which is beneficial to environmental protection and civilized construction;It has many advantages such as less hydropower consumption,energy saving and emission reduction.But the current development effect is not ideal.There are many reasons for this,such as the high cost of prefabricated construction,the inability of workers to meet construction standards,and the performance of prefabricated buildings not as good as cast-in-place.In order to vigorously promote and develop prefabricated buildings,the key technology that needs to be solved is how to ensure that the building has the same structural performance as the cast-in-situ concrete structure through reasonable node connections.The performance of the prefabricated structure is controlled by the material of the prefabricated component and the connection method of the prefabricated component,so the selection of the connection method between the prefabricated components is crucial.In this thesis,based on the analysis of the commonly used PC member connection methods,the reinforced concrete lap connection method is constructed,and the finite element analysis software is used to compare the reinforced concrete lap shear wall and the cast-in-place shear wall under the action of low cycle load.Perform numerical simulations.The load-displacement hysteresis curve,skeletoncurve and stiffness degradation curve of the two types of shear walls are analyzed;the displacement-load,strength,stiffness,energy consumption and other characteristic indexes of the two types of shear walls are compared and analyzed;the results show that: The above-mentioned performance parameters of cast-in-place shear wall structure and fabricated shear wall structure can reach the standard of "equivalent cast-in-place".It is proved that the PC components of the prefabricated residence are connected through reasonable nodes to ensure that the building has the same structural performance as the cast-in-place concrete structure.By analyzing two examples of prefabricated residential projects,from the perspective of component split design and bearing capacity verification,the PC component connection method can also meet the requirements in practical applications.It summarizes the problems that PC components need to be solved in the actual project on the basis of achieving the same cast-in-place.At the same time,the prefabricated house has a broad development space.In short,by comparing the component performance of the two construction methods of the assembled structure and the cast-in-place structure,and the results of the calculations performed by the engineer,it is concluded that the prefabricated building has many advantages and the safety performance is also guaranteed.Provided references and references.
