With the development of the national economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,the demand for concrete from national key engineering projects is increasing,and the concrete batching plant has become an indispensable equipment in the construction industry.However,due to the low overall technical level of the batching plant and poor environmental performance,uncontrolled dust emission seriously harms the atmospheric environment.For that reason,the production management regulations for premixed concrete have been issued throughout the country.Taking green production as the purpose,reducing consumption and reducing emissions as the tenet,technical management as the means greatly controlled dust and other harmful factors,so as to truly achieve the whole process and comprehensive green production of batching plant.In this context,it is of great significance to explore the work of dust prevention and control in batching plants to maintain the atmospheric environment,reduce the waste of resources and protect people’s health.This article focuses on the dust movement law of HZS180 concrete batching plant,focusing on the control of dust emission to reduce the dust emission of the batching plant and improve the dust removal efficiency.This paper mainly completes the following research work:(1)The main emission source of dust is initially determined by analyzing the production process of the batching plant,and measuring and estimating the emission factors in the field.Based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase fluid,a fluid mechanics governing equation is established to lay a theoretical foundation for the simulation.(2)A fluid simulation model of the open-air stockyard is established in FLUENT,and the distribution characteristics of the flow field are obtained by comparing the wind speed,pressure,and turbulence intensity after porous fence with three different porosities.Finally,bycomparing the particle concentration distribution,the optimal porosity is determined to be20%.(3)According to the distribution of the flow field inside the bag filter,a deflector structure is proposed to optimize the uniformity of the airflow,and the relative root mean square is used as the evaluation target.The orthogonal test method is used to determine the significant factors affecting the deflector structure to determine the best deflector structure and improve the filter bag utilization rate of the dust collector.
