Batching controller is an important instrument in cement and construction industry. With the fast development of Chinese economic and construction, it is necessary to develop a high precision and intelligence batching controller. This paper put forward the batching controller's main design principle and qualification by referring the domestic and foreign batching controller. This paper developed a new kind of intelligence batching controller by using the MCU ADuC845.Based on analyzing the mechanics of batching process, considering interference on batching process, uncertain mathematic model, and variable system parameter, P-type iterative learning control (ILC) algorithm was proposed. Iterative learning factor k_p was also modified. Simulated results indicate thatsatisfied performances are reached after 15 times iterative learning.According to modular design principle, this paper completed the software and hardware design, and designed the weighting signal's digital filter using FIR filter. This small scale batching controller has the ability of batching control and anti-interference. It can run independently, and also can communicate with the industry computer.Prototyping worked on the basis of simulation environment in laboratory. Experiment results indicate that the prototyping is coincident with the design aim. This paper presents a reliable software and hardware design scheme of batching controller, and resolves the problems of batching control algorithm and intelligence instrument's digital filter.
