Study On Overlimit And Overloading Control In Zhengzhou City

With the increase of highway mileage and the establishment of sound road network,road cargo transport has given full play to its transportation advantages,played a pivotal role in the field of transportation,and made important contributions to the economic development of Zhengzhou.However,due to the disordered competition in the transportation market,some carriers choose over-limit and over-loading transportation in order to obtain more profits,destroy Bridges and highways,disrupt the freight order,pollute the environment,create risks and hinder the normal development of the automobile production industry,which brings huge economic losses to the country and also brings dangers to the people.Over limit and over-loading transportation has been carried out in Zhengzhou for many years,and some achievements have been made.By learning and mastering the basic theory of over-limit over-loading transportation,this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the management of over-limit over-loading transportation in Zhengzhou,and puts forward the targeted methods and strategies for the management of over-limit over-loading transportation,which can provide references for the practical work of relevant departments.This paper is divided into six parts.Part 1 is the introduction,this paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,thesis framework and research methods,Research achievements at home and abroad and the concept of overloading and over-limit.Part 2 introduces the theory adopted in this paper,there are mainly public governance,market failure,administration according to law,game theory.Part 3 summarizes the advanced experience of overloading management at home and abroad.Part 4 is the current situation of overloading control in Zhengzhou.Part 6 puts forward corresponding Suggestions on the existing problems.
