The traditional equipment maintenance method is to frequently switch between reading paper documents and performing maintenance tasks.The problems brought by the operator are: a series of problems such as inability to concentrate,long-term maintenance time,fatigue,production efficiency,and error.In order to improve the shortcomings of traditional equipment maintenance methods,Augmented Reality(AR)technology is applied as an auxiliary maintenance method in equipment maintenance,which is of great significance for shortening maintenance cycle,improving maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance cost.In this paper,through the specific analysis of the traditional equipment maintenance process,the augmented reality technology is integrated into the equipment maintenance scene,and an augmented reality application system for equipment maintenance is designed,The main tasks are as follows:(1)Augmented reality technology under equipment maintenance was studied.The ORB feature detection operator and FREAK feature description operator are used to detect and describe the natural feature points of the device.The feature points after the description are modified by BFMatcher matching and PROSAC mismatching to obtain feature points with higher quality.Equipment feature registration;this paper then realizes the effect of realizing the fusion of the virtual and real information of the equipment maintenance scene through the real-time rendering of the 3D model,guidance information and maintenance scene.At the same time,according to the interaction characteristics of the equipment maintenance scene,this paper adopts a kind of physical object.The virtual touch interaction form performs natural,effective and direct interaction operations in the maintenance scenario.(2)According to the requirement analysis of augmented reality equipment maintenance system,an augmented reality application system for equipment maintenance is designed and implemented.The system is designed around the shortcomings in the process of industrial equipment maintenance.The key technology of augmented reality involved in the system is elaborated in detail.Four business functions of equipment maintenance are realized respectively.Finally,the system is applied to the faulty maintenance of the head-mounted display circuit board.(3)Test the entire system.Functional test results show that the functions of the system are running normally.Compared with the traditional ORB algorithm,the feature detection combined algorithm used in this paper has improved the matching accuracy,matching efficiency and recognition efficiency under complex background and partial occlusion.Testing the interactive event response time shows that the interaction method used in this paper is effective;Finally,the system is evaluated for availability according to the five availability indicators of the international standard.
