With the rapid development of the civil aviation,the daily number of aircrafts takeoffs and landings in airport are increasing,and the phenomenon of insufficient efficiency of airport ground support has gradually become apparent.Facing the flight turnaround process,how to improve the coordination ability of the ground supporting operation,increase the efficiency of limited time and resource utilization in the turnaround process and then improve the airport's support capability,has become an urgent problem to be solved.This topic will conduct research on this issue.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the dynamic operation principle of the ground supporting for the node in aircraft turnaround process,the operation time of each supporting node under different factors such as different aircraft,airport support capabilities and weather can be obtained by establishing the operation time model.Based on the operating time variables and the quantitative and qualitative time constraint relationships in the airport ground supporting process,Simple Temporal Network model for ground supporting process of single flight and multi-flights are established.Through the study of the time decoupling of the model and the solution algorithm,the time planning coordination of flights supporting operations is realized and the operation time planning of each node is obtained.The time planning simulation of Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport is carried to verify the model.Secondly,aiming to the actual ground supporting process of the airport,the coupling constraint relationship between the operating time and the support resources is analyzed under limited support resource situation,and Simple Temporal Network expansion model for the aircraft turnaround service process is established.Resource conflict detection and conflict resolution algorithm are proposed based on time constraint adjustment,which eliminated the non-coordination between the service time and resources,and obtained the coordinated time plan of the supporting operation time and resources in the aircraft turnaround process.The model and algorithm are verified through simulation.Finally,based on the supporting operation time windows before and after the collaboration respectively,the supporting resources are dispatched and the operation path is optimized of the airport with three goals of minimum total operation time,travel distance and operation cost,and an optimization model solution method based on integer coding genetic algorithm is proposed.The simulation results show that the resource scheduling and path planning can be realized basing on the planned operation time window,and the effectiveness of the optimized model and algorithm are demonstrated.Based on the comparative analysis of the collaboration results,it proves the superiority of the collaborative planning model under resource restricted situation.
