With the development of economic and cultural life,the improvement of living standards,customers demand a variety of products,but the enterprise flexible production capacity is low that results in product design process flexible production capacity and diversification needs of the conflict.In order to improve the flexible production capacity of enterprises to meet the diverse needs of customers to achieve the purpose of digestion of such conflicts,so modular design methods is introducted.Firstly,the theory of product design is analyzed,and the concept and characteristics of product design is clarified.It is pointed out that the reason of this conflict is that the diversification of customer demand leads to diversification of design goals and belongs to design goal conflict and resource conflict.Aiming at the classification and the reason of the conflict,this paper analyzes the current research situation of the conflict resolution method at home and abroad,and puts forward the research on that the product design conflict resolution based on the modular design method.Secondly,the theory of modular design is studied,and the modular design is divided into two stages: module division and product configuration.From the point of view of the function and structure of the product components,the relative matrix of the product's parts and components is established.The complex network theory is used to guide the construction of the component-related network diagram.The Java language is used as the development tool and the GN algorithm is used to solve the problem.The module results were analyzed.And then from the customer demand point of view,according to the relationship between demand and components,the establishment of product configuration model to Matlab language as a development tool and the use of genetic algorithms to solve the model to get the final product configuration program.Finally,the piston dissipation scheme proposed in this paper is tested and verified.The results of the piston pump module are analyzed,and the characteristics of high polymerization between the piston pump parts are obtained.Customers diversify the needs of the target.
