Cylinder mowers are used for high quality fields such as football fields,rugby fields,golf courses and so on.These are mostly business machine.The key part of the cylinder mower is the hob while the blade spiral arranged the hob is also the key component.Therefore,the way to enhance the production and reduce the cost is the modeling.By analyzing kinds of factors like the range sizes of blades and the mechanical properties of material.The blades are designed length in 400?800mm,23?55mm,width in 3.5?6.5 mm and thickness' s machine is adjustable and assimilable.This program uses the 3D molding skill and Finite Element Analysis to make the simulation of the activity of machine.The specific goals of the study are:(1)According to the range sizes and mechanical properties of blades.By analyzing the function of the machine,making the right sketch of the blade.The device is designed for molding device and hydraulic pump station in one.(2)For improving the design,Solidworks and its simulation plug-in are used to structure shaping and forces analyzing.This progress can help designer to improve the stress of the machine.(3)By using Deform-3D software,a virtual simulation of the forming process of the forming machine's rolling blade was carried out.The plastic deformation state of the blade during the forming process and the stress state of the pressing rollers were analyzed to confirm the designed rollers.The pressing mechanism can make the roll forming of the used material blade realized.Through the above part of the operation,the blade and the machine are theoretically analyzed,and the details are corrected after the whole machine design is completed.The design,research,analysis and design improvement provide the technical support for the trial production of the blade trimmer of the cylinder Movers.
