It is not only the long pursuing goal but also the development trends of modern manufacture technology to reduce the weight and save the use of material in airplane、 spaceflight and automobile fields. Ultrahigh-pressure Forming, a molding machining technics which was to adapt to this demand and brought out a manufacturing hollow light body component of new technology, it forming a light weight, good stiffness, follow-up manufactured advantages such as less. However, at present domestic ultrahigh pressure forming technology is in its infancy stage, many questions are not get good solved, in practical application are also belong to primary stage.This paper make a research on the control system of the ultrahigh pressure forming machines, reviewed the ultrahigh pressure molding technology research situation, tell the principles and characteristics of ultrahigh pressure forming. In full of hydraulic forming technology based on the research, the hydraulic forming machine system for the overall design.This paper established the system application for the valve controlled asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder of mathematical model, and according to the model using MATLAB simulation tools for the simulation analysis. Obtained by simulation analysis, established valve controlled asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder mathematic model of the system to better describe the actual system, can be used as the basis of theoretical analysis. According to the principle of forming machine ultra valve control was designed turbocharged cylinder pressure control system, and in the light of the system established the mathematical model. Through the establishment of proportion pressure reducing valve control pressurization cylinder of fuzzy adaptive PID control system, simulations were performed for the control system, fuzzy PID control can better inhibiting system overshoot role, having good adaptability, and achieved satisfactory control effect. After analysis and testing, the design of the system is stable and reliable.
