Tribo-electrification refers to the phenomenon that two uncharged objects carry equal amount of different charges after contact and friction.The phenomenon of tribo-electric charging will bring some harm to people's lives,for example,it may cause fire,burn out electronic components,etc.However,at the same time,the application of tribo-electric charging can bring great convenience to human society.So far,people have begun to study the tribo-electrification,but there are still great difficulties in the study of the tribo-electrification mechanism,and there are many aspects that need to be further studied and explored.The key to solve these problems is to develop the detection system of friction electrification in vacuum environment,to realize the high precision and sensitivity detection of friction electrification,and to combine and compare the measurement in atmospheric environment with that in vacuum environment.Therefore,based on the improvement of the existing atmospheric environment measurement device,this paper plans to develop a friction electrification vacuum measurement device,and use the device to carry out further experimental research on friction electrification.Based on the original system of atmospheric environment,the proposed system is divided into four parts.1.The vacuum system is mainly composed of the real cavity part,which can provide the temperature and humidity control and measurement of the environment and the control of the vacuum environment.2.The mechanical system is mainly composed of the rotating platform and the claw part.The rotating platform is used to connect with the rotating motor to provide rotation,and the claw can lift or return the Faraday cup.3.The control system is mainly composed of the control box and the meter.4.The measurement system is composed of force signal measurement and electric signal measurement.The measurement of electric signal includes the measurement of electric potential and electric quantity.The friction electrification measurement methods include Faraday cup measurement and probe measurement.Using the friction electrification vacuum measuring device,after sliding friction with different materials in the vacuum environment,the surface potential or the overall potential is measured,and the experimental results are compared and analyzed with the results in the atmospheric environment.Through the experiment,The increase in friction load and relative friction speed will promote the potential of the friction pair surface,but not all materials will have an electrical change due to the change in friction relative speed;the difference in material and the crystal orientation of the surface of the material are also different Will have a fundamental impact on tribo-electricity.
