With the acceleration of urbanization strategy in China,the construction industry has played an important role in improving the living environment and quality of life.However,the traditional extensive construction mode still occupies the main position.On one hand,it is because of the low production efficiency of traditional buildings.On the other hand,resource waste and environmental pollution are serious,which is not suitable with the development trend of modern construction industry.The prefabricated building is the development trend of construction industry.It abandons the construction method of on-site wet operation,which has been transformed into an industrialized and information-based manufacturing model.It meets the concept of sustainable development,which is the important content of building industrialization and can provide the new way to achieve the concept of “green building”.the traditional wet operation mode.The main reason is that the industrial PC component manufacturing mode has the ability of resource sharing and multi task processing,which can increase the output of components.In the meanwhile,the manufacturing cost can be reduced by large-scale mass production.However,it is insufficient in economic and social benefits of prefabricated project,which hinders the development and promotion of prefabricated buildings.First of all,the implementation obstacles of prefabricated buildings in China are analyzed and summarized by this paper.By carrying out the KMO?Bartlett and factor analysis on the obstacles faced by construction enterprises,the main component analysis method is used to discuss these indexes.The main obstacles which based on the perspective of the construction company are obtain by analysis,and it is divided into cause factors and result factors by DEMATEL model.According to the results of factor analysis and DEMATEL model,on the basis of plumes of project management in relevant prefabricated buildings,it is concluded that the lack of coordination between on-site assembly demand and off-site production is one of the reasons for the rising cost.Lastly,the project of prefabricated rate of 50% is selected as research object,starting from the construction mode,resource transportation and component production,the principle of collaborative work in the all construction space of the prefabricated building are analyzed.Under the condition of unimpeded spatial information,with resource cost and construction period as the core,the multi-dimensional collaboration technology which constraints by time and the multi-objective optimization technology are put forward to construct a resource optimization model of multi space construction.
