Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is a sleep-disordered disease with an unclear etiology,which can lead to a variety of complications.Severe apnea can even lead to sudden death at night.These potential factors bring to the life and work of patients and families.A great burden.Good sleep plays a very important role in a person's day,especially when social competition makes work pressure increase sharply,and lack of sleep has become a big problem,and patients with sleep apnea who are also troubled by sleep disturbances can not get enough Rest,which directly affects the patient's work and daily life during the day,so how to make patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome return to a healthy life as early as possible through the auxiliary rehabilitation treatment of related medical products is a topic worth exploring.The thesis studies the design of personalized sleep ventilators for users.The specific work of the research is as follows: First,the research background of the thesis is analyzed from the perspective of the current status of chronic respiratory diseases and the trend of personalized customization.The development status of household sleep ventilator and the analysis of the product's functional characteristics,and the introduction of modular design theory,the relevant principles and methods are explained,and the modular design theory is used in the customization of household sleep ventilator products The feasibility of the design;secondly,the FAST method is used to analyze the characteristics of household sleep ventilator products and the product modules are divided according to user needs,and the module product structure is established.For the custom modules among them,the weight of the module is determined by the analytic hierarchy process to determine the importance of the module.Among them,the most influential mask module is used for in-depth customization research.The main method is to use 3D scanning technology to obtain a model of the human face and perform data processing,combined with parametric modeling to build a customized model of the mask,and then to the pipeline module and the heating and humidification module.The direction of customization is explained;finally,a custom APP for home sleep ventilator customization is designed,and a personalized product plan design for home sleep ventilator is carried out,the mask part is evaluated in a finite element environment,and conducted a user satisfaction survey on the customized APP.
